We strive to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability for all products on our website. Occasionally, errors may occur due to technical or human oversight. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice.

All prices include GST and exclude shipping fees, which vary based on your delivery location.


2. Product Availability and Price Changes

The mobile accessory industry is dynamic, and prices or stock levels may change without notice due to manufacturer and supplier fluctuations. Casez reserves the right to adjust pricing, promotions, and product availability at any time.


3. Warranty Coverage

All Casez products include an Australian warranty of up to 12 months, ensuring you peace of mind with every purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.


4. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that you may change your mind. Casez offers store credit or exchange for change-of-mind purchases under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The return must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

  • Products must be in resalable condition with labels and tags intact.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Items returned without an RMA may not be accepted.

Returned items must include all accessories and be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.


6. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be declined if:

  • The product has been used, assembled, or installed incorrectly.

  • The item is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.

  • Installation or usage instructions were not followed.

However, if the product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.


7. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. Claims made after this period may be assessed under the standard warranty.


8. Consumer Guarantees (as per Australian Law)

Casez guarantees that all products sold:

  • Are of acceptable quality and perform as expected

  • Match their description and images

  • Are free from defects unless otherwise stated

If your product fails to meet these standards, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair.


9. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Consumables (e.g., batteries, protective films, coatings)

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, wear and tear)

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

  • Items used outside of their intended purpose

  • Items without valid proof of purchase


10. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the item in question. Casez is not responsible for costs associated with installation, removal, or transportation.


11. Consequential Loss Disclaimer

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including:

  • Loss of income, business, or data

  • Damages to items not purchased from Casez

  • Downtime or delays due to product failure


12. Defective Product Claims

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. Casez will assess the issue and offer a resolution based on the condition and warranty coverage of the item.


13. Service and Support

If your product requires service and cannot be repaired or replaced, we may offer a refund at our discretion. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided. If the product is found to be functional, an inspection or return fee may apply.
