Shipping Policy 

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Casez.com.au. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

Shipment Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of full payment.

Processing times may extend during high-volume periods. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and location.

Deliveries are carried out via Australia Post and Sendle.

Shipping rates:

  • ✅ Free shipping on orders over $100 (excl. GST).
  • ✅ Flat rate of $8 for orders under $100.

Estimated delivery times (subject to carrier performance):

  • ✅ Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM within metro areas of Sydney.
  • ✅ Next-day courier delivery within metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
  • ✅ 1–3 business days for deliveries within NSW.
  • ✅ 3–5 business days for interstate orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch from our warehouse.

Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, Casez Supplies is no longer liable for delays, loss, or damage.

Customers are responsible for lodging claims with the relevant carrier for any damaged or missing shipments.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

We ship to all valid Australian addresses, including P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email including your tracking number.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

Casez Supplies ships only within Australia.

We do not ship to international addresses or remote regions not serviced by Australia Post or Sendle.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All product prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Australian law.

No additional customs duties are payable within Australia.

Damages & Lost Shipments

Casez Supplies is not responsible for goods lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping once dispatched.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate claims.

Customers must retain all packaging and damaged goods to support their claim.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • ❌ Incorrect address,
  • ❌ Failed delivery attempts,
  • ❌ Unclaimed parcels,

the customer will bear any reshipping costs.

If a refund is requested instead, it will be issued minus the original shipping and handling charges.

Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page and effective immediately.
